Shoppers & Payments

- When you order an attire, give your measurements & make full payments, you receive a confirmation message. And,

- You're posted on every stage of the making of your new attire, until when its delivered for pickup in one of our Partner Stations in your neighborhood.

Wearers & Commisions

- As one whose photo is coded by Styley, you earn ₦1,000.0 (11%) commision when an order is placed for your wear & the job is done by the fashion designer/store you linked & delivery completed.

Third parties & Contracts

- As a Shopper, you accept that attires you order on Styley are made & delivered by third-party partners who do not directly work with our company.

Photos sent to Styley;

Are clear & without defacing edits.
Have primary focus on one person.
Show both ends(top & bottom) of the upper wear.
Are 2 copies, front & back.

As a linked Fashion Designer or Store,

- When you accept Styley's New Attire Request, you agree that such attire costs ₦9,000.0 only & accept our Return Policy too.

- Having deducted service charge(₦500.0) & the Wearer's commission(₦1,000.0) from the attire cost(₦9,000.0); we shall remit you ₦7,500.0 only, when the customer accepts your wear.

4-Step Fulfillment By Fashion Designers:

Accept Styley's New Attire Request via WhatsApp,
Make or Sew attire to measurements given,
Neat and in the original style & fabric,
Finally, take it to any of our Partner Stations near you for clearance & shipping.

* Note; please follow best practice & complete 1 - 4 within 3 days of notice of order placement or risk non-clearance.

- Learn about our Partner Stations in your city.

- You risk being suspended from our platform if your customer rating score is below 75% & have had your attire returned more than thrice in 60 days.

As a Wearer,

- You risk being suspended from our platform if more than 75% of your attires photo-coded in 60 days are not made ready by the fashion designer you link, 3 days upon order placement.

Charge

- Styley makes 5.5% [₦500.0] commission from each complete transaction.

Our Return Policy

- A shopper wishing to return an attire can only do so within 24 hours upon receipt of such attire. Also, you're charged ₦1,000.0 for logistics & reimbursed ₦8,000.0 only.

- Fashion designers are remitted ₦1,000.0 only to cover cost for their returned attire. However, designers risk being suspended if their attires are returned more than thrice in 60 days.
